Dispute resolution and litigation in our commercial practice is currently our largest area of activity. Except by reference to published cases (See Appellate Citations List), client confidentiality concerns restrain our statement of specific matters in which we have current and past litigation experience. Generally, however, we have prosecuted and/or defended commercial and consumer claims involving Uniform Commercial Code issues, express warranties, implied warranties, sales, acceptance/rejection of goods, banking issues, breach of contract, including employment contracts, requirements contracts, corporate derivative litigation, wrongful assumption of corporate opportunities, restrictive covenants, non-solicitation covenants, non-compete covenants, confidentiality covenants, trademarks, trade secrets and fair business practices, independent sales commission agreements, machinery, inventory, bulk sales and stock purchase agreements, partnership agreements, management agreements, fraud, misrepresentation, real estate and asset purchase and sale agreements, commercial insurance claims involving building, machinery, inventory, loss of income, fidelity claims, securities litigation (excluding registration), insurance coverage, and CGL claims. |
